The first week of December Darlene and Yves Destine received the blessing of a new home thanks to two small groups from Eastview Christian Church who collaborated to make it happen.
Several of them traveled together to paint the home, build the furniture for it and to love on this young family.
November 2011
Another home completed by an Eastview Christian Church small group! The last week of November, a home was completed for Julien and Edline. Their family of 16 was living in a very small space. Edline is one of the sweet women who work for Manno and Prisca when teams are in the country.
October 2011
A group of 17 people from Eastview Christian Church traveled to Haiti the first week of October to complete a house for the Louis Jean family.
May 2011
The first small group from Eastview Christian church completed two houses the first week of April. An additional home was completed by the Haitian contractors. What an amazing blessing for the Estamas, Claudette's family and Isaac's family! More pictures will be coming!

Houses being prepared for the team Eastview Christian Church youth visit the village
The first group has left! Shane Dickerson, Phil Halcomb,Mark Lipic, Mark Smith, Aaron Spaid, and Steve Taylor arrived in Haiti just this morning! They were joined by Paul Halvorsen and three other guys. Lord willing, they will roof two houses, build the furniture and stock the houses for Claudette's family and Mr. Estama's family! The third roof will be completed by the Haitian men for Isaac and his family. They too will receive a care package to stock their new home!
Please be in prayer that the weather would cooperate, materials are available and the men stay healthy throughout the week.

Three houses are currently under construction on the new Welcome Home Haiti land. One of the houses will be completed by Haitian contractors and two of them will be completed by a team of guys from an Eastview small group. This group will be traveling the first week in April!
