Oxcilien works in the finance office of the Pillatre Christian School.  He and his wife Roselind have a two year old daughter named Rosenael.  They are currently renting a small 2 room house.  Oxcilien is a member of the Brotherhood singing group and the grand chorale at Pillatre Christian Church.  Roselind also sings in the choir.
